Lean Portfolio adhesives for tobacco industry

Pujadas in collaboration with their clients have embarked on a project to reduce adhesive complexity. The aim is to scale down the number of references needed. This will allow our clients to cover the 87% of adhesive volumes for the tobacco industry with only 4 products.  One product for each main application including: tipping, side seaming, packaging, and filters. 97% of the volumes for multinational and independent factories alike would be covered if the range of products is widened to 7. A step towards the simplification of the adhesive category.
