Tipping Adhesives for ultra-high speed up to 20.000 cpm

The leading machine manufacturers of the tobacco industry confirm that our tipping products: 6682-56HP for double roller application, 7500-7A for single roller unit and 7500-6C for jet tip nozzle application reaches up to 20.000 cpm with excellent results. It can be used for regular sticks and new Heat not Burn interchangeably. These products gave the best results in terms of the Glue-Spraying test compared to the adhesives previously tested, therefore reducing the stopping times common in high-speed machines due to cleaning issues.
